Carriers & Tracking

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on destination and selected service. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order leaves our facility — make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll assist with a resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Required documentation:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We do not refund or replace items that have been opened, used, or returned without prior authorization.
